Very sad sale of my much loved stunning show pony Mia she is a 4 year old Welsh d 14,2. Mia was backed at 3 and turned away for a few months she hadn't been rushed she has been riding away for nearly a year now and has come on lovely she has a lovely flashy paces, no vices at all she puts her self forward to do anything you ask of her she defiantly has the brain of an older pony, she is ridden regularly by myself and a 13 year old novice rider,she has won local shows in hand and has been hacked alone weekly in all traffic and doesn't bat an eyelid she is a great all rounder and has a huge scopey jump on her. We jump her once a week or so over nateral jumps. She is not at all fuzzy in open spaces and is not strong she is a snaffle mouth with no gadgets needed, she does need a bit of leg but not stubborn,obviously she is still green as she's young she turned 4 in July. We have done lead rein with my 2 year old and six year old and is good as gold my 6 year old also leads her around from the ground never kicked or bitten,never reared or bolted,she is perfect but prefers a confident teenerage/ adult rider that is not a total novice but she does look after her novice riders and will respect them more than children. She is ready to go into any discipline and be moulded to what you want from her she is ridden without a whip and we don't use one she has never needed it.Only loving homes need contact me as I don't want her passed around. She is barefoot and is fine she lives out 24/7 in a mixed herd rugged in winter she is a cheap and good easy doer. She Will come to you from the feild (but I always take a carrot). She is not mareish but can pull faces but it doesn't go any further than that. She comes with her rugs and bridle and can be tried out before you buy her. 6 year old Welsh section d gelding. Perfect for someone wanting a summer project, bought myself with the same intentions but unfortunately haven't got the time. He is broken but I've took him back to basics as previously been own by a young jockey and has been napping so been out of ridden work, been foot perfect with everything I've asked him to do so far, he's nice natured and showing good attitude. 14.1 hh, stunning mare for sad sale. Genuine reason for sale as owner has a broken foot with long term prognosis not great. This mare is too nice to be sat in a field without a job to do. She is a really lovely mare and not mareish at all. Good to handle, with vet and farrier. She is passported, micro chipped and up to date with vaccinations. She hacks alone or in company, jumps poles, fillers and loves xc. Been out sj and low level dressage coming first in both. Very low maintenance, lives out happily with mares and geldings and lives off fresh air, Would suit a teen, adult or mother/daughter share. She loads and has travelled on a lorry but ive never tried her on a trailer but can't see it being a problem.
