Poppy is a lovely, sweet-natured approx. 14hh 6yr old coloured cob mare. She is a responsive, forward-going ride (with good brakes!) and has been schooling nicely through the summer in our field. She has in the past been out jumping and has done cross country too, although has very much gone back to basics with myself. Poppy is a sensitive soul who needs a patient and caring new owner to get the very best from her - she is a genuine, honest pony who constantly strives to please and loves her work, but occasionally does need reassurance. She will live in or out with both mares and geldings, and is great to handle, bath, catch, box and fab with the farrier - she stands at the side of a busy road to have her feet trimmed with no problems at all. She is also up to date with her vaccs. I have made the very difficult decision to sell Poppy as I am struggling to give her the time that she deserves due to having a baby and recently returning to a very busy job.
