I am looking for a loving new home for our gorgeous 13 years dun/buckskin Mare. She was purchased a few years ago as my daughters first pony but unfortunately she grew ridiculously fast and outgrew her within the first year. She is an absolute dream pony with a really lovely temperament and I would happily leave my daughter with her to groom and tack up, etc without any worries. Just not a nasty bone in her. She was used in her previous home for local shows, gymkhanas and dressage but, was just a first pony for my daughter and was ridden in the fields at home and she was having lessons on her. She was the perfect match for my daughter being forward going and very light in the hand but is not a plod/kick along and would probably suit either a lead rein or confident little rider with soft hands. Unfortunately she has not done anything for over a year now and has just been living out as a companion for my horse so is unfit and a real fatty so needs a home with restricted grazing and the time to get her back into work. The reason we are wanting to move her onto a new home is purely because of myself, my brother and my sister all moving on with university and unfortunately we wont be able to have as much time as wish to ride her.
