REDUCED AS QUICK SALE NEEDED AS NEW PONY ARRIVING SOON - Sadly for sale Mount Pleasant Super Ted aka Teddy - I bought Teddy in March for my 11 year old daughter as she had outgrew her amazing section a - unfortunately Teddy is greener than first thought and has struggled to settle on a very big busy yard. We have now moved yards and Teddy is now much more settled. Teddy is absolutely stunning and works in a natural outline and has very showy paces. He needs an experienced show pony home where he can gain confidence and realise his full potential. Teddy is one to be produced for next season and he will bring home the ribbons without a doubt. Teddy is in a happy mouth bit and is used to being ridden off the leg rather than hands, Teddy can occasionally spook but this is getting better with the more work he does. Teddy is very intelligent and wants to work and please. He is amazing in the stable, picks up all four feet no hassle, he lives a groom and he adores kids hes a real people pony. Teddy will come with all his full wardrobe (he only had 2 rugs when we purchased him) which includes 2 saddles (1 show 1 general riding); bridle, rugs and any other bits. This boy deserves a 10* home and if I was more experienced and didnt work full time and my daughter a more confident rider he wouldn't be going anywhere. Name: Honey Breed: Palomino Hands: 13'2 Age: 18 years We have had Honey for 8 years, she has been a wonderful family pony for all ages and sizes. She is great on hacks and has been jumped on a couple of occasions. At the moment she is living out on her own, however has had company of other horses and animals as we used to have 3 other riding ponies in with her. Honey is on medication called Prascend for cushings, this means she needs to take a tablet everyday. It is VERY easy to manage and does not effect her temperament or personality in the slightest. She would need to be kept in a small field or a partitioned off field, with high electric fencing to ensure she does not eat too much sugary grass (especially in the spring and summer). The reason we are wanting to move her onto a new home is purely because of myself, my brother and my sister all moving on with university and unfortunately we wont be able to have as much time as wish to ride her. Honey would be perfect for a family who are wanting to learn to ride or who need to move onto something new. She still has plenty of energy left in her, but is very safe and reliable and easy to control. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about ponies and horses to pass her onto. I am looking for a loving new home for our gorgeous 13 years dun/buckskin Mare. She was purchased a few years ago as my daughters first pony but unfortunately she grew ridiculously fast and outgrew her within the first year. She is an absolute dream pony with a really lovely temperament and I would happily leave my daughter with her to groom and tack up, etc without any worries. Just not a nasty bone in her. She was used in her previous home for local shows, gymkhanas and dressage but, was just a first pony for my daughter and was ridden in the fields at home and she was having lessons on her. She was the perfect match for my daughter being forward going and very light in the hand but is not a plod/kick along and would probably suit either a lead rein or confident little rider with soft hands. Unfortunately she has not done anything for over a year now and has just been living out as a companion for my horse so is unfit and a real fatty so needs a home with restricted grazing and the time to get her back into work. This is a very sad sale of our beautiful and lovable family pony. Starlight is a registered section A, five year old mare, measuring 11.1hh. She has been taken through preliminary education of lunging, long reining and has been lightly and successfully shown in hand in . Starlight has been led at walk with my four year old daughter. This has been in the school and on short walks around the lanes. She is not a spooky animal. When many others would shy she doesn't. She is very mature in many ways. She is sharp and forward going but does listen to voice and is very light on the lead. She will need training and breaking in before being taken out for rides with a child on. We have not yet worked on trot when ridden and she has been out of work for winter. We are just starting to work her again and she is happy to be back in training. Up to date with tetanus, worming and teeth. She is good with farrier and to load. She is in excellent health and is very affectionate with the whole family and all the animals; dogs, ducks, chickens & sheep. With training, a confident and experienced leader and love she will excel in whatever she does in the future. She is a perfect companion pony and with the right training would excel as a ridden pony. I can also see her as a potential driving pony. I have had many hours of fun doing my own liberty sessions with her because she naturally wants to follow people and this is something she enjoys.
