Here we have my daughters 12hh stocky Welsh pony who is a gem to catch, clip, load, travel, with ALL traffic. Sadly he is only suitable as a happy hack. He doesn't like nor enjoy schooling and this is our reason for selling. He will jump lovely out hacking and will even jump out at little rallies BUT hates the sand school at home. Once in a blue moon he is fine but anymore and he become stubborn and will refuse to move!! Never has he put a foot wrong out hacking and that's the saddest thing. His manners are lovely and it's a heart breaking sale but my daughter would like to have lessons and can't always hack out. Please no first ridden enquiries or 'can we try him in the school' because quite frankly I'm not prepared to put him through that. Perfect happy hacker with a great character. Read More

12hh Bay Welsh pony gelding

Bailey is a very confident and affectionate pony who is unfazed in traffic. He is good with the vet and farrier. He has never been difficult to load or handle. Previously when in work Bailey was handled by my three year old nephew. He has been used to lead both my daughter and nephew on the lead rein, however he has only been ridden several times on the lead rein with a child riding themselves. He has been introduced twice to work off the lead rein. He has very low mileage and will need bringing on. Sadly due to family illness he has been used very lightly recently and so he is being sold from the field. He has been shown in hand where he has won many ribbons. Bailey is a very honest and affectionate Welsh pony that I rescued 5 years ago. In that time he has become a very confident pony who enjoys being handled and ridden. He is good to lunge, handle, load, with farrier, with vet etc. He has predominately been used as a lead rein but has been introduced to work off the rein which he was quickly getting the hang of. He is 100% in traffic. Sadly, due to difficult family circumstances I don't have the time for Bailey or to bring him on. Kids can catch, lead, load, tack up, pick out feet etc. Good conformation, nice paces, kick along but goes forward easily. We have had him for 2 years and he has done a bit of everything. Been used as lead rein, 1st & 2nd ridden. Been to PC rallies & games, some local shows, wee XC, dressage, SJ, beach, country park, open fields. Hacks alone or in company. Jumping cm at home but could do more with experienced rider. Not so keen on bouncing beginners so would do best with secure rider. Approx 13.2hh 4yr old Welsh X Blagdon Cob gelding. Roary has been with our family since a foal, he has a lovely kind nature and is handled by my children daily. He has been lunged, long reined and is lightly backed. He is also used to working in full driving harness including blinkers.
