Doesn't buck, bolt or rear. He's good to catch, box and shoe. Recently had feet trimmed and been wormed. Hacks out in company and is 100% in traffic. Goes in front or behind. I am looking for a 5* home for my fab pony. Prince is a gorgeous 13.1hh liver chestnut registered Welsh B gelding, he is 14 years old. He is the been there and done it all type, good to catch, load, clip etc. Prince is a perfect leading rein pony but more forward going off the lead so would be a perfect second pony. In his previous home he competed at jumping. He hacks out alone and in company and is not phased by any traffic and goes barefoot but is great with the farrier. Prince lived out 24/7 however was diagnosed with Cushings this Summer which I have monitored with medication (1/2 tablet daily) but more importantly restricted grazing. Prince sadly will get laminitis if he has too much grass so he really needs to be stabled with limited grass throughout the year however I can not accomodate this so he is looking for a new home quickly. Prince is a fab pony who is great with kids and you can turn him out with any horse but he is currently wasted with me. He is up to date with worming and teeth. Lovely 13.2 Welsh c bay gelding

Milo is a Welsh C yr old pony. He has a full Welsh passport with lovely breeding. (Low mileage as only gelded at 7yrs) (Passport has height as 13.2 but he is more like ) We have had Milo for 12 months, we bought him for my daughter to do pony club mounted games last December. Previously he had been in a predominantly hacking home but took to mounted games quickly and by May he was running every race at the Area Games competition. My daughter has taken him to pony club rallies both indoor and open field, camp, XC training, SJ training. He has been used by other members for rallies. He is very safe in open fields, only ridden in a snaffle. He is easy off the leg with good breaks. Loads in trailer or lorry, good for farrier (barefoot), clipping is not his favourite activity but I do clip all his body without sedation, he doesn't like the clippers near his face. Good to catch, currently stables at night and turned out in a mixed herd in the day. Great starter pony club/ hacking/ hunting pony, he will never be a top competition pony but a nice steady, fun and willing pony. Sadly for sale as totally outgrown. Sold with leather saddle, bridle and rugs. Good trial facilities near Lancaster. Serious enquiries only as this has been a difficult decision for my daughter. Read More

Lovely Palomino Reg Welsh B Gelding 11yo Lead Rein

Very sad sale of a lovely pony. Soldier is an 11yo registered Welsh B gelding who was bought as a just off the lead rein pony for my then tiny 6yo daughter. He has the most amazing temperament and sunny personality, always keen to please and first to the gate. Great to handle on the ground by kids, stands happily to be loved and fussed, doesn't bite or kick. Was bought as a fun pony club pony and took my daughter safely round 55cm courses off the lead rein and also my 5yo son (who doesn't really ride) around 40cm courses on the lead rein. Great to hack out, good in traffic, box, clip, catch, shoe (currently barefoot) etc. Sadly Soldier suffered an injury in the field a year ago and although now fully sound (teeth, back, physio, saddle, vets, vaccs all up to date) is now more suitable for lead rein activities. Realistically we bought him to bring my daughter on and to jump 70cm plus and we feel that this is beyond his comfort zone now. He's in light work, sound and healthy, we just want a slower pace of life for him where he can be a child's best friend and bombproof lead rein buddy. Would also suit an in hand showing home as he's a nice mover and a really stunning chap in his summer coat. Lives out at present, happy to live in or out. Good doer and not bossy in the field, happy to be left alone. Loads of pictures and videos available, open to trial and vet. All tack and rugs available, all show quality and fitted to him ready to go. Good knowledgeable, loving home is essential and is far more important than nominal price, I can't stress how sweet this pony is...its been so sad for all of us he's not been able to fulfill the hopes and dreams we had for him. Here we have my daughters 12hh stocky Welsh pony who is a gem to catch, clip, load, travel, with ALL traffic. Sadly he is only suitable as a happy hack. He doesn't like nor enjoy schooling and this is our reason for selling. He will jump lovely out hacking and will even jump out at little rallies BUT hates the sand school at home. Once in a blue moon he is fine but anymore and he become stubborn and will refuse to move!! Never has he put a foot wrong out hacking and that's the saddest thing. His manners are lovely and it's a heart breaking sale but my daughter would like to have lessons and can't always hack out.
