With a heavy heart we have decided to sell our 12 hh lead rein pony. We have had Sparky since he was a 4 year old (now 9) and we have done everything on him; hacking, riding on Dartmoor, all pony club activities including camp, shows (never not been in the rosettes). He is 100% catch, box, traffic etc Great with pushchairs/out of control toddlers etc. My children started riding him when they were 3 and my daughter, aged 6 1/2, is now keen to make progress with her showjumping hence the sale. Super little lead rein pony by your side the entire time. Not a first ridden pony as she can get a little stroppy when off lead but hasn't done a great deal in terms of schooling or being ridden. He was professionally broken and schooled and has been ridden by all of my 3 girls at different times. A very handsome Welsh Sec A pony. Approx 11 hh and he is 7 years old. He is a fantastic kind character who loves attention and learns quickly. He is good to catch, shoe, box and clip. He has had been ridden by a very small light teenager and has been off the lead rein but is in experienced at this. Fabulous temperament section a approx 10.3hh gelding for sale. He was originally bought to be used at a college for young people with disabilities so has the most wonderful way about him. He is very easily handled by little people. Never drags or pulls and is super safe to be groomed etc. He has only been used as a lead rein but could easily go first ridden with a bit more work.
