11.2 hh welsh x bay gelding approx 18 yrs owned nearly 10 yrs. Rupert is a big personality who loves cuddles and attention. Suitable lead rein or first pony off lead rein or companion. Lovely length of stride for his size without throwing small children out of the saddle. With us has done all Pony Club activities including rallies and camp and the odd show. Hacks and schools on own or in company. Can be led or handled by a child as very polite. Currently used as companion and will need to be brought back into work but the sort you can leave for weeks and then pop a child on no problem. Can be spooky with coloured poles unless on lead rein. Does have early stage Cushings and on half a tablet prascend daily. Lives in or out but needs restricted grazing. Good catch, box, farrier (no shoes / good feet), clip, electric fencing. 13hh Chestnut Gelding, Registered Welsh Section B. 10 Years old. Dennis was bought as a second pony for my 9 year old son. My son wasn't too confident at that time and needed a pony that would really look after him taking him from Lead Rein to being independent. He has fulfilled his job and has now been outgrown and is ready to show his next little rider the ropes. He has been using for schooling off the lead rein and jumping at home and local shows. We have hacked him on the lead rein and out as a group with other horses. Dennis has been a Safe and Sane pony. He is great to catch, good with the farrier (bare foot only). He is an extremely good doer and lives off Fresh air!. We keep him stabled at night and out during day. Bad Points: Doesn't like the Dentist or the hosepipe! He will become bolshy if presented with either, however a firm adult hand and this is not a problem. We have travelled Dennis a lot to and from lessons and shows. this is my sweet little blue, his is older than most but please dont let that put you off as this little fella does not act it at all, he 23 years young, he does how ever have a little arthritis in his legs which is ok as long as he isnt left out over the winter, a little devils claw does the trick if he gets a little stiff, other wise a happy go lucky pony will come with rugs, he loads good with farrier in and out of stable, he is free to a 5* home which will be vetted, all i ask is a donation for the welsh horse and pony rehoming charity as he was a rescue him self, he is passported but not chipped, ive put him as a mountain and moreland but passport says he is an spot, not sure where they got that from but that is what it says, this is hard for me but i just can not keep him any more due to ill health, so if you could offer by boy a forever home please contact me please no time wasters

11.1h Pony - Lead Rein or companion pony I'm looking for a lovely home for my children's 11.1h 15year old gelding. He's a really sweet chap who will give lots of cuddles and is always happy to see you. Both my children 9 and 4 have hacked out on him, had lessons on him and he's great to ride and lead with. In the field he's fantastic with other horses, but is also happy being on his own and amazingly he respects electric fencing. Ringo will happily come in for a snooze in a stable if allowed. He has really good feet and is generally a good dooer! 12.2hh 22 yr old Welsh Lead Rein/First Ridden/Companion

It is with a heavy heart that we are having to look for a loving home for our beautiful boy. He is the most loving, safe and sweet boy. Perfect with the little ones, loves to be groomed and fussed. Since being with us he has been used for lead rein, first ridden and all round happy hacking pony. In his early days I am told he loved PC but now he is looking for a quiet life. He has been a field ornament for a while and is very happy to stay that way or equally go back into some light hacking. He is bombproof in traffic, loads and travels perfectly just brilliant in every way. We have had him since he was 19 and has never been sick or sorry.
