11.1h Pony - Lead Rein or companion pony I'm looking for a lovely home for my children's 11.1h 15year old gelding. He's a really sweet chap who will give lots of cuddles and is always happy to see you. Both my children 9 and 4 have hacked out on him, had lessons on him and he's great to ride and lead with. In the field he's fantastic with other horses, but is also happy being on his own and amazingly he respects electric fencing. Ringo will happily come in for a snooze in a stable if allowed. He has really good feet and is generally a good dooer! Good with farrier, teeth, jabs etc. Although he is amazing he does have COPD hence price but he is absolutely fine, doesn't need medication and will be fine as a companion/ lead rein (Our vet is more than happy to back this up) Ringo loves a good cuddle and groom. this is my sweet little blue, his is older than most but please dont let that put you off as this little fella does not act it at all, he 23 years young, he does how ever have a little arthritis in his legs which is ok as long as he isnt left out over the winter, a little devils claw does the trick if he gets a little stiff, other wise a happy go lucky pony will come with rugs, he loads good with farrier in and out of stable, he is free to a 5* home which will be vetted, all i ask is a donation for the welsh horse and pony rehoming charity as he was a rescue him self, he is passported but not chipped, ive put him as a mountain and moreland but passport says he is an spot, not sure where they got that from but that is what it says, this is hard for me but i just can not keep him any more due to ill health, so if you could offer by boy a forever home please contact me please no time wasters

Meet jlo she is a 13hh skewbald light weight cob. I have owned jlo for the last year and she has been an absolute joy to own. We brought her for my daughter to start learning on but because she has lost all interest and she is being wasted in a field. She is 15 years old but.please don't let that put you off she loves and good gallop and canter and is happy to pop a jump and a lodge. She is perfect in all heavy traffic and tractors. She is a great lead rein pony and has taught my daughter to come.off the lead rein and happy plods along the roads with someone on ground or on horse back but does need a confident rider if being ridden on her own. She doesn't buck rear but just like reassurance from her rider. This is the hardest decision I have ever had to do because I would keep her as a field pet if I could.
