She was handed over to the pound due to not getting along with the other family dog when around food and toys. She is brindle and white in colour and has a slight broken coat. Small/medium in size. She can be quite shy and timid at first and found kennels very scary at first but she is coming around lovely.The kennels have been told that she is housetrained and has been ok to be left. She is good with people and children. She is good with other dogs but she will guard food and toys which has caused fights in the past. Penelope is a beautiful Staffy female who is a little on the overweight side! She is tan in colour approx 4years old. She appears to know basic commands and she loves nothing more than getting comfy under her bedding! Shes a real comfort finder! For urgent foster or adoption Kaya is our beautiful 4 year old Staffy girl She was found as a stray and taken into the pound where she stayed for her contractual 7 days but her owners never came to collect her She was saved from being euthanised by the wonderful ladies at Hound from the Pound who placed her in boarding kennels before finding a rescue space with us at Lucky Paws. Kaya is a real sweetheart, she absolutely adores people and getting tummy rubs, is fully house-trained, knows the basic commands and walks lovely on the lead Unfortunately Kaya is dog reactive and after an assessment with a behaviourist it has been decided that she needs to be an only pet.
