Kaya is our beautiful 4 year old Staffy girl in Nottingham

For urgent foster or adoption Kaya is our beautiful 4 year old Staffy girl She was found as a stray and taken into the pound where she stayed for her contractual 7 days but her owners never came to collect her She was saved from being euthanised by the wonderful ladies at Hound from the Pound who placed her in boarding kennels before finding a rescue space with us at Lucky Paws. Kaya is a real sweetheart, she absolutely adores people and getting tummy rubs, is fully house-trained, knows the basic commands and walks lovely on the lead Unfortunately Kaya is dog reactive and after an assessment with a behaviourist it has been decided that she needs to be an only pet. Kaya needs a pet free home with someone who will give her the love and attention she deserves, she will be a wonderful addition to a family Adoption Fees and Home checks apply

Byron is a gorgeous 12 month old Bull Lurcher in Nottingham

Byron is a gorgeous 12 month old Bull Lurcher who has come into Lucky Paws Byron was an owner surrender to the dog warden at the pound where he was then pulled out by the ladies at Hound from the Pound and placed in boarding kennels until a rescue space was found. Byron is a sweet natured boy He loves to run but this has to be in a secure area as once he starts his recall is nonexistent until he has burned off all his energy, although within his foster care his recall is improving significantly. Luckily Ben was saved and is now in foster with Chloe where we discovered he has a severe case of Gingivitis and needs to have his canine teeth removed along with some other dental work, which he has an appointment in place for. Ben has been given daily walks so has been gradually regaining the strength in his legs, his confidence has grown massively and he has shown himself to be the sweetest little boy who loves to run around and play with his doggy friends almost as much as he loves to sit with his humans and snuggle with his teddy bear ??
