New 24ft yurt

New 24ft (7.2m diameter) yurt with ash frame. All ash woodwork is steam-bent and handmade and oiled with natural oils to bring out the best characteristics of the grain and to give excellent durability. The yurt door is made of pine, making it strong but lightweight. It has a solid strong frame and the threshold is made of oak for extra protection from wearing. The door is treated with wood protection and then varnished to a high quality finish. The yurt cover is made of breathable and waterproof poly/cotton canvas. The canvas is treated in the UK to British Standards which means it has been manufactured for retardancy against Fire,Water and Rot. The yurt cover has a roof, a crown cap with clear pvc for light to come in and 3 wall sections with hooks for easy put up and take down. The wall sections also have brown pvc at the bottom for mud protection. All the canvas is white. There are also 6 big iron pegs for securing the yurt to the ground. The canvas comes in bags. The yurt is dismantled and waiting for it's owner in the workshop so that it keeps it's new look. The yurt can also come with a ground sheet for an extra £300. Flue flashing can be added for £100. 7 meter Yurt (used)

We currently use this yurt for out of school activities and will be available from the 21st August . This is a 7 meter yurt and is 2 years old with loads of life left in it. There is a single timber door and 4 x PVC windows which incorporate a insect resistant mesh. Both of which can be rolled up when not required. The yurt is insulated with 10mm foil backed insulation. There is also a white inner liner which creates a stunning interior look. All the timbers and 20 oz canvas are sound. There is some green staining on the canvas from normal wear which can easily be cleaned off. There is also 2 windows which the mesh has been torn. (please see photo 5). The tear can be stitched up or the mesh panel can be replaced at reasonable cost. We use a marquee space heater during the winter months, the Yurt is very toasty!!. Geodesic Dome - Glamping - 5 metre - Yurt

For Sale: Geodesic Dome: Bargain at £777 A super easy to assemble, and lovingly crafted geodesic dome, in the shape of an icosahedron. The diameter is 5 metres. Plenty of space to stand up inside, and super strong due to the wooden 4x2 beams. You can even sleep in a hammock hung from the beams! The wall is one piece of thick green canvas, and the roof a thick cream waterproof material, which covers the wall canvas snugly. There is a clear roof section at the top. Perfect for English summers. The 4x2 lengths are fitted together using short lengths of drainpipes. It's a fantastic design! In addition to the main photo is the triangular shaped door, made from 12mm plywood and with handmade door handles. I also have a small woodburner (made from a gas bottle) if you wanted to install it yourself, for an additional £50. It would just need a hole cut in the roof, and a flashing kit. The flue required would be 5 inch diameter. This dome is in great condition! I lived in it for a summer with my daughter, and there is plenty of room for a double bed, table, etc. inside.
