Great playing and sounding bass that has not been used much in recent years. 2 powerful pickups are controlled by 2 volume and 2 EQ knobs giving a huge choice of tone. The front of bass is clean no dings or chips, on the back there are some as shown in the pic but nothing that takes away from its sound and playability. The frets are in great condition as it has been sat around more than played. The sound is created with 2 high output Humbucker pickups in black plastic, with black surrounds. Yamaha SG-500s were made in translucent red and black and were good solid guitars in their own right although they were overshadowed by their more famous brothers SG- and SG-. However, anyone who want an SG and does not want to fork out a "Kings Ransom" will be pleasantly suprised by the Vintage feel, playability sound and the quality of the instrument.

Yamaha ll6ARE black electro acoustic guitar in case

Black Yamaha ll6 ARE electro acoustic in padded semi/hard case. I brought this guitar just before xmas so about 15 months old. A few minor lacquer dings and some light scratches from use, most would polish out. Shallow buckle rash on the back. Minor fret wear on the 1st and 2 strings in the first position. It is minor, not enough to warrant a fret dress as the notes clearly sing. I never really play further up the board on acoustic. I removed the original pickguard as I personally prefer an acoustic without the pickguard. Easily and cheaply replaced. Less than £10 for Yamaha design. Just strung with a fresh set of Martin extra lights. If I'm honest they never sound great when first strung but after a day or 2 seem to sound stunning. A spare set included also.
