hi all spares or repair yamaha 15hp longshaft outboard engine has tiller arm but was used on remote got good compression and spark came to me in a job lot of engines but no good to me the man i got it all from said it was running when he put it away in his shed,so a good service and she should run.swap for a 6hp to a 9hp longshaft outboard engine or swap for a trailer to fit my 17foot speedboat. thanks

Yamaha 15HP outboard motor in Plymouth

15HP Yamaha outboard motor, circa 's. This is a long shaft motor and comes with a long extension handle. I have had this engine for about 5 years and only used it for part of one season and then it was only a few times. In saying that it never let me down and was always a good starter. It pumps water well and selects forward and reverse gears fine. I can text a video of it running to you, if you are interested, when I last started it in November of . It comes with a five gallon plastic petrol tank but no connecting pipe, I can't find it!! I am not accepting any offers as it is a genuinely good motor, so the advertised price is what you pay if you want it. NB.This item can be shipped by courier on a pallet but you must organise pick up and payment for shipping your end. Obviously I will not let it go until payment in full has been received. You can, of course, pay cash and collect it in person if you are local to Plymouth.
