Mariner 2.5 how oatboard engine for easy repair or spares...

I bought this a while ago to go on a small dinghy I had at the time but is now sold. The outboard was owned by a man who had this and a 3.3 the same as auxiliaries for his boat, and this was the one he normally used. When he came to use it this season he couldn't start it and said it seemed to have little. Impression. He started to remove the head, sheared some bolts and gave up. He swapped the carb and plastics from the 2.5 to this engine and just used the other. He tells me that both engines are the same apart from larger carb jets?? All four head bolts have sheared so will need drilling out or a stud extractor. The head has no damage neither does the piston crown, and the cylinder has no scores either so I wondered whether the rings had stuck in the piston from standing?? Turns over easily with no horrible noises. For sale as I no longer have a use for it or the time to sort. Yamaha 2.5 hp four stroke motor, very little use, year of manufacture, it will be lucky to have 20 running hours on it, only used on dinghy on holiday once a year and not used for last couple of years, hence reason for sale. It has the owners manual, spark plug socket / tool and carry bag but the zip is broken. There is slight damage to the front plastic cowel (see photo) but no effect on use. A virtually new boat is the result of a two year restoration project on a Swin Ranger by a time served Morgan Giles Shipwright, has produced a stunning practical motor sailor for coastal cruising particularly designed for the French Canals in that the mast is easily lowered at anchor due to an extended mast tabernacle and ingenious use of the boom with a forward facing gooseneck allowing it to make an “A” frame lowering system. The fore cabin is more spacious than most 30 footers, a wood burning stove in the saloon, separate heads closet with new sea toilet and wash basin, dual steering positions and a new 20hp Kubota Nanni N3 21 marine diesel engine and gearbox. A new 55 litre fuel tank and 40 litre water tank are installed and easily removed for cleaning if ever needed. A stereo radio with USB and blue tooth complete with marine speakers in the saloon.
