Wooden playhouse/wendyhouse

I'm looking to build a new(ish) home for my female bunny as she's about to get a life partner soon and I want to have a bigger place for them. I would love it if someone had an old wooden playhouse type of thing that is no longer in use (and therefore not too expensive!) and I can paint and decorate it and I will also work out a way of adding a 'garden' on to it which will actually be a large run so the bunnies can come and go as they please. I am selling my sons play house as we have just dismantled it to renew the fence and he has decided he'd like a climbing frame for his birthday. The playhouse is about 6'X3 and it comes with an 8'X6' veranda that we had on 2' stilts. The playhouse is on really good condition and I'll even throw in the birdbox! Much loved Playhouse but now sadly outgrown. Painted in Farrow and Ball Pigeon and Down Pipe on the outside and white on the inside with sisal carpet and red and white gingham curtains. It has window boxes ready to plant and a stable style door. The roof is felted then clad on top which looks a lot prettier. The playhouse is solid and watertight but does need some wood replacing on one side of the porch and the paint is flaking off on the same side so will need repainting. Size of playhouse is about 6ft wide and just over 7ft deep including the 2ft porch. The height at the highest point is about 6ft. On the inside the highest point is 5ft 7 and floor space measures 5ft 7 wide and 4ft 8 depth. With a few repairs and a repaint would make a little one very happy this summer!!
