Much loved Playhouse but now sadly outgrown. Painted in Farrow and Ball Pigeon and Down Pipe on the outside and white on the inside with sisal carpet and red and white gingham curtains. It has window boxes ready to plant and a stable style door. The roof is felted then clad on top which looks a lot prettier. The playhouse is solid and watertight but does need some wood replacing on one side of the porch and the paint is flaking off on the same side so will need repainting. Size of playhouse is about 6ft wide and just over 7ft deep including the 2ft porch. The height at the highest point is about 6ft. On the inside the highest point is 5ft 7 and floor space measures 5ft 7 wide and 4ft 8 depth. With a few repairs and a repaint would make a little one very happy this summer!!
