I am selling my sons play house as we have just dismantled it to renew the fence and he has decided he'd like a climbing frame for his birthday. The playhouse is about 6'X3 and it comes with an 8'X6' veranda that we had on 2' stilts. The playhouse is on really good condition and I'll even throw in the birdbox! The veranda could do with a bit of attention but is generally okay, the steps were about finished so I have binned those but I have kept the strings so new steps can be made to fit.. This is an amazing climbing frame! Includes a lower level playhouse with cafe counter and 2 stools (the 2 stools aren't attached in the picture but do come with it), an upper level fort which you reach by the rock wall ladder, monkey bars which come out the back (these aren't attached but do come with it), a 2.2m slide, 2 swings and a selwood glider. This was only bought last year but we are selling as my sons just don't use it and as it cost £800+ it's just wasting space for us.
