REDUCED by £. Tsar is a GRP bilge keel with 4 berths (2 in the bow cabin and 2 in the main saloon). She is a 24ft sloop powered by a SUZUKI 9hp 2 stroke outboard fed by an inboard fuel tank (an upgrade to a Yamaha 8hp 4 stroke is possible for an additional cost). GPS/depth/radio/cooker/heads. After a survey the standing rigging and cooker was replaced and electrics rewired. The Survey is available (all suggested tasks were carried out). All lines feed back to cockpit which has a centre main sheet. She comes with a Seago 230 tender (oars, pump, inflatable floor, hard seat & transom), lines, fenders, cockpit cushions, etc. Good sails. Lazy jacks and flat pack sail cover for easy sailing. Furled gib. A new water system was fitted in (electric pump). She is anti-fouled and on hard at Penryn ready for inspection. This is a lovely boat with an outboard that can be removed for servicing at the end of each season. That said, she still has the fuel lines, etc. in place should you want to re-install an inboard. Westerly Konsort 29ft. Popular  Sailing Cruiser/Yacht + Beta Marine 20hp Diesel. LOA ”   Beam 10' 9”   Draft  5' 4” Displacment kg   Fin Keel   Beta Marine 20 hp diesel This fine cruising yacht has been in the same ownership for the last 15 years. She was built in by Westerly Yachts and has had many improvements and updates in equipment since then.   Designed by Laurent Giles, the Konsort's interior is the pinnacle of the development of what is called the "Standard Layout", with its forecabin/heads/ saloon/galley and chart-table arrangement that is so well suited to our northern way of sailing.  There is plenty of locker-age and the berths are good and wide. The galley and navigational area are conventional and functional giving a good overall impression of spaciousness.  Six people (one double + 4 individual berths) can be accommodated in comfort.  There is and electric toilet and wash hand basin with presurised hot and cold water. This vessel is fully equiped with every type of navigational extra, a dinghy and outboard even an EPIRB emergency beacon as well as the Two VHF radios. She is a stiff boat, and given a decent wind can see off a good few cruiser/racers as she has proved on many occasions. Most cruising yachtsmen profess to ignore boatspeed, but remember that an extra half a knot gets you to your destination a few hours earlier!   Handling under power is as good as all the modern yachts with their big spade rudders and powerful engines. She is almost as easy to handle backwards as forwards, which makes her a delight in crowded Summer anchorages and marinas.
