Beautiful bay 7 yr old mare standing around 14.2hh. Shown lightly as a yearling with great success and turned out since breeding two bay filly foals. She is empty as we belive with her kind temperament and willingness to please she would make a fantastic ridden or family pony. Easy to catch, box and shoe and has no marks lumps or scars. She is unbroken but it would not take much to get her going undersaddle as she is a very intelligent mare. Welsh section D 10yr old mare for sale or possible lease to the right home.15.2 I have owned this mare since a 3yr old and broke her myself so this is a very hard decision but she is currently wasted at present and I feel she is too good to sit in a field any longer. She was lightly but very successfully shown as a 4/5 year old after which I became pregnant and she then bred me two beautiful dun colts. One of which we retained. She is a big mover,is very well schooled and a push button ride and even after not being ridden for 2 years she is still foot perfect, she has a kind loving temperament and is good to do in all ways. Pretty bay mare. Excellent breeding. Same home two years and seven years in previous home. Good to catch, box, shoe, clip. Rides alone or in company. Can be strong in company but nothing nasty. Does have the odd spook and can be a bit wobbly in narrow lanes with cars coming towards her but okay on wider lanes and roads. Because of these things she is not a novice ride. For a competent rider she is ideal. She has hunted, been to shows (where she behaves impeccably) fun rides (where she jumps everything) schools nicely and has had results in the 60's in dressage tests. Not fizzy or silly and doesn't buck or rear. Very easy to handle on the ground. A real poppet. Lives in or out. Ideal little horse for riding club family.
