Come along for an inclusive yoga class that stretches, strengthens, revitalises and relaxes! This hatha yoga class is full of gorgeous friendly yogis at all levels of their practice making for a happy community of people wishing to improve their physical, mental, emotional and energetic health. The class typically goes through initial relaxation with breathing techniques and meditation, warm up, flowing and strengthening poses, leading to a peak pose and then gradually winding down finishing with savasana (full rest). Modifications for poses are given for beginners and intermediates. The class is given alongside carefully selected music that sets the tone for an atmospheric and soothing experience. Expect to work hard, smile and leave feeling a whole lot better:)
