Stunning Young Appaloosa Horse

For sale: Annie 3 year old mare Standing approx 14hh Born Near Market Deeping I'd expect Annie to make at least 14.3hh at maturity Annie is lightly backed, walking, trotting, stopping, turning and hacking out in company. I have owned her since she was 10 months old, and has been mostly a companion to keep the others company. She goes into a trailer with little effort, and is the first to come to the gate for attention. She is fantastic for the farrier, up to date on vaccinations and worming. She has had very little done with her other than starting her initial education which she took all in her stride. She has stood to be mounted right from day one. She is lazy, but this is probably just a baby thing. My job means that I am not able to offer the consistency a youngster needs for a good, solid education, so I am looking to sell her to a home with more one to one time for her that can produce her slowly and correctly. 15.2hh 6 year old Appalossa mare. Broken to play polocrosse and played a season but now been retrained, due to not being sharp enough for rider. Still green but a lovely natural scopey jump, jumping 1.10 at home, been XC schooling and proving very bold. Green on the flat but coming on nicely. Out of Dirks Orion and polo mare. Appaloosa Pony For Sale

Approx 13.2hh 6 year old Appaloosa gelding. I bought Zeus as the children wanted a pony to 'bring on' however they have shown very little motivation in doing so Zeus is offered for sale. At the beginning of the year Zeus was used by a novice child to hack on (previous home) which we have been told he was perfectly safe at doing. We have no direct experience of hacking him as we are on a 60mph road so stick to riding around our farm mainly which he does with no issues. He is very cheap to keep as is naturally a good 'do-er'. He is barefoot and will live in or out. Is currently living out with a rug on. He can be left in the field for weeks and rides the same as he does when in regular work. He is green in the school as you would expect due to his age but he is very willing to learn and enjoys his work. He is going lovely in walk and trot now but more work required on his canter transition. He is going to make a lovely pony for somebody and it's a shame the children haven't shown the interest they said they would. Although I am light enough to work him I do not have the time myself. I have videos of him being ridden. Due to his age and lack of schooling experience I am not selling him as a novice ride (although he has proven to be steady here!) but for a more experienced rider to bring on and get him out and about like I wanted us to do with him. Price includes bridle but he borrows one of the other ponies saddles. If I find a saddle to fit him before he sells then it will be included in the sale. Read More
