Was a little unsure when 1st had her but is now fantastic to handle on the ground - can catch, rug, tack up, lead, pick feet up etc. Not mareish in anyway. She needs time now getting used to someone on her back - again was little unsure at first when shifting weight around but gets better each time ride her. Very sad sale of my 7 yr. old Appaloosa mare because I do not have the time or experience to take her forward, and she is wasted with me, she needs a competent young person or light weight adult and she will then go on to excel in many equine activities I am sure. She went away to be re started in the summer with the excellent Frankie price equine but has only been out hacking with me since she has been back. She has just had her dentist visit, (no sedation) and her feet done (she is barefoot wearing front boots) she is up to date with her vaccinations and worming, and has had a full physio check, she has her passport. She has a wonderful temperament with good manners on the ground, she can be cheeky at times but without malice and she is never nasty. She is good in traffic, can be ridden out with others or alone, she is in at night and out during the day at present, she likes the company of other horses and in her previous home she was out with a few others but at present she is next to other horses but separated by tape. Lacey came to us after having a foal she was quite underweight and although she has come on with her weight she still needs to put on some more she is a sweet little pony fine out on roads and with traffic in the school she is a bit of a kick along to get going but with a confident rider able to push her forward she does and can move she can be a little nervous with you at first but with one to one and a bit of love she will come on leaps and bounds she is fine to load, groom,tack up and rug her only issue is her back feet she is very nervous with them the farrier managed to get them up fine but she is rather unwilling with us so for this reason she would need someone experienced to work through her issue she has with getting them up she is fine with her front feet being picked up she is good to clip on her body a bit nervous on her face she has been ridden by adults and children and would make either a great lead rein pony or a good all rounder she is passported with pet ID and has been wormed
