Job Description Training Coordinator £ Permanent full time ARC Training are an international security training organisation. We specialise in providing world-class qualifications to those in the security sector, working with clients across the globe to raise professional standards in this vital industry. Our training courses are delivered both in the UK and internationally through our network of partners. We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Coordinator to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. Working from our Southern office in Bishops Waltham, Hampshire, you'll be part of a dynamic, busy team - all working towards the same company objective of delivering the best training courses in the field. Key responsibilities Coordinate international, short and in-house training courses Maintain contact with our training venues and partners, monitoring standards Assist in scheduling trainers and providing support with relevant administration Distribute student work to tutors and students in accordance to agreed time frames, maintaining student records Deal with enquiries by telephone and email, ensuring a high standard of customer care Manage ad-hoc projects, covering internal IT, and accreditation processes Arrange trainer travel, including visas and risk assessments (training provided) Provide admin team with credit control support where required Knowledge, skills & experience Good organisation and time management skills, ability to quickly prioritise and work under pressure and be flexible as required Excellent written English skills Strong administrative skills, working closely with the Admin team to ensure shared knowledge of admin processes Excellent team player and able to effectively contribute to the success of the team Ability to work with minimal supervision and know when to seek assistance/guidance Methodical, logical and numerate - proven ability of organisational skills is required and experience in a similar business environment is desirable Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and able to demonstrate a 'can do' and positive attitude. The ability to deal with customers and delegates at senior levels is required.
