Suitable for a nervous rider. This boy is a 1st pony type. Very sweet, can leave for a few weeks and not silly when you get back on. Likes the steady life but will kick it up a gear if asked. This chap makes us smile every day! He is a 12.3hh rising 7 year old coloured light build cob gelding who is a total "dope on a rope" - old head on young shoulders. Wonderful child's pony as safe in every way. Loves cuddles & gives kisses! Can be handled & looked after in every way by a child. Excellent to catch, lead, groom, with farrier (is barefoot), to box, in traffic, etc. Loves to hack alone or in company. Will plod along all day or walk out if you prefer, trot when asked & stop when asked. Non spooky. Just a lovely easy boy. Perfect for a total novice child or beginner as doesn't get strong. Been ridden by children from 2 years old up. Excellent on lead rein but doesn't really need lead rein as happily follows you & wouldn't think of running off. Has been shown in hand in coloured classes, fun classes & in child handler & taken to clear round mini crosspole jumping. Doesn't get excited.
