Hi, we are looking to rent as many acres of land as possible, minimum of 5 acres as close to Market Harborough/Kettering/Desborough/Corby as possible. Although any size considered and would consider moving closer to land if the contract was over a decent length of time if it's further afield. Equestrian smallholding for sale

We are sadly selling our smallholding in newton with scales preston due to moving away from the area. There are just over 4acres of land split into paddocks. 4 stables and a barn all connected together. Stables are 12x12 and the barn in 30x20. We have had full planning for these including a Static on the very large hard standing area approved for use as comfort while on the farm tending to the animals.
