Monitor Audio Silver 8i in Wooler

Monitor Audio speakers in natural oak. These were highly rated by reviewers for being able to deliver a well balanced sound with great definition on the high notes and a very credible bass sound. I have had since new and there are no scratches, dints or any other marks. They sound excellent and my reason for selling is part of a complete hi-fi upgrade. Essential details are H850 mm x W200 x D250. They are easy to drive at 8 Ohms with a sensitivity of 90 dB and a FR of 35Hz to 25KHz. They have a power handling of 175W. Genuine Skoda Interior Bike Holder in Wooler

A used interior holder that will enable you to easily place two bikes into the boot of the Roomster, Yeti, Octavia Combi and Superb Combi. The item is unused but was fitted to our Roomster then stored in garage. It is undamaged but does have some discolouration on the main bar and a few superficial surface marks. BK XLS200-DF Subwoofer MKII in Wooler

This is a truly high quality sub that I have had from new just over three years ago. It is finished in light oak and has been boxed since selling my HK home theatre amp last year. The sub is in really excellent condition and I am happy to arrange a demo. You can obtain technical details from the BK website (http://www.bkelec.com/hifi/sub_woofers/XLS200-DF.htm) but the essential dimensions are depth of 34.0 cm (13.3 in), width of 29.0 cm (11.4 in), and height of 35.3 cm ( in). It weighs in at 17.5kg. The sub comes with all the original packing and connections and my main reason for selling is that I have quite enough bass from my current set-up for the kind of music I now listen to. Monitor Audio Silver 8i Natural Oak in Wooler

Fabulous sounding British made speakers capable of filling a room with sparkling trebles and full on bass. The speakers are quite compact for floorstanders' and tolerant of positioning. They received a 5 star What HiFi review when launched and I have had since new. No dogs, kids or smokers have been near them! The finish is natural oak with each speaker having matched grain, reflecting the high quality and attention to detail that MA were famed for. The cabinets are in excellent condition with no sun damage or scratches. All drivers work perfectly and have never been subject to excessive amplification. Complete with original boxes,grills, plinths and spikes. I have used with both Cyrus and Harman Kardon amps and found the sound production to be just excellent in terms of weight and detail. The speakers are rated at 175W with 8 ohms impedance and 90db sensitivity which means that they are easy to drive. Dimensions are H85cm, W20 and D25. An Original s Cavern Club Compliments Slip. The compliments slip has the Cavern Club logo printed on the top and the club’s 10 Mathew Street, Liverpool address printed at the bottom. It measures 11.4cm x 8.9cm (4.5 inches x 3.5 inches). The Condition is Excellent. The compliments slip is from the collection of former Cavern Club compère Bob Wooler. Bob was a pivotal figure in the Merseyside music scene. His initial involvement with Merseybeat came via a local skiffle group named The Mars Bars who later became Gerry And The Pacemakers. Bob found his niche as a compère at the Cavern, it was in this role that he made his greatest contribution to popularising Merseybeat. He is most notable for being instrumental in introducing Brian Epstein to The Beatles on his visit to the Cavern on 9th November . He introduced The Beatles on countless occasions during their 292 appearances at the club from 21st March to their last appearance on 3rd August and became a great local ambassador for the group, helping to develop and consolidate their popularity on Merseyside. Bob acted as a booking agent for The Cavern until (the club had folded on 27th February to re-open four months later). He continued to book acts and promote gigs in and around Liverpool for the rest of the 60s and into the 70s and was active throughout the 80s in organising and contributing to Beatles conventions in the UK. Bob could frequently be seen at the Annual Liverpool Beatles Convention chatting to fans and enthralling them with stories from the 60s. Right until the end of his life Bob remained fiercely proud of his roots and of both The Beatles and of Liverpool’s contribution to popular music and culture.
