Looking for the perfect new home for our little guy. Preferably looking for an owner with background knowledge and experience looking after axies as they are very particular and delicate creatues, almost extinct! So lots of time and attention is needed to promote a long and healthy life. He is just over 2 years old, very happy fabulous boy, very interesting to watch eat! He doesn't like the light too much so majority of his tank is to be in the dark all the time. The filter only to be on 1-2 hours a day too as he doesn't like it and can cause distress, which can lead to death. Lots of research should be done before deciding to take on an axolotl if it's your first time:) Please send me a message if you're interested and we can have a chat in more detail and there is so much to write! Can deliver him to you as he has his own little transportation tank, or collection from Durham area. I must also mention to price listed is only to ensure he goes to someone willing to look after him a sort of security measure, easily negotiated with the right person, but everything mentioned is yours to have including his ph water safe and tester strips so you will be set up for a good while before needing to restock the bloodworms! Our female and male axolotl's are 18 months old. They have bred once back in March . Unfortunately none made it once they hatched. I did read it is super hard! They come with there 3 foot tank and all there decor. Collection is from priorslee, Telford.
