Hi, I'm an 18y/o 5ft7 lightweight rider (50kg) due to being in a slightly awkward situation horse wise as a case of unforeseen circumstances I am looking for a horse to exercise once a week to get me through my exams, schooling or hacking happy doing either. I am a calm experienced rider who isn't afraid to kick on and hold on or sit quietly and gently. I have recently backed and produced a horse over the past 2yrs and I think I've done a good job. I do 3 A-Levels and I'm really struggling with the thought of being unable to leave everything behind and ride for an hour so if you could help me out that would be much appreciated!! I have been out hunting, to pony club camp on fun rides and competing, would love the prospect of eventing/competing over summer generally but not a concern really. I have been riding since I was 5, I also know that I still have things to learn, no-one is perfect and I wouldn't class myself as an arrogant rider. I have ridden youngsters, ex-racehorses, horses with 'quirks' etc and am generally pretty unphased by anything. Although not representative of my riding ability I am capable of jumping a 1m + course, a dressage test and cross country course. 15hh+ wanted to ride

Hi, I'm an 18 year old girl who is just finishing her A-levels, unfortunately I'm not really able to ride at the moment as much as I'd like which is no-one elses nor mines fault (hopefully that makes sense!). I'm about 5ft7/5ft8 and 8& 1/2 stone so a reasonably light weight rider. I have worked with off the track racehorses, youngsters, mares and foals, nervous and 'quirky' horses. Buckers and rearers don't phase me as long as I still feel 'safe' I'm happy to get on anything. I have schooled youngsters, children ponies, attended pony club camp and been part of the breaking in process and riding on youngsters. I'm looking for 1 or more horses to work with over summer from happy hacking to schooling and competing as I am looking at going to university in September. I am a cohesive hardworking individual and can provide various veterinary and equine references as required. Horse or pony wanted to exercise

I have a window of four to six weeks without any riding. My beautiful girl stood on a nail two weekends ago and is currently on box rest awaiting the outcome of an operation. I am walk/trot/canter fit and have land and stables adjoining the Brechfa forest,just ten miles outside Carmarthen. Maybe there is someone with a horse/pony out there,that needs exercise getting fit for the oncoming showing or LDR season. Fantastic ten star horse accommodation with our house, ten paces from the yard. I'm retired,at home all day and ten and a half stone. I have been riding for 40 years,and need to continue so I don't get saddle sore (again) awaiting my mare to get better. PLEASE no nutters,I need something that will stand to be mounted from a block,hedge row,bridge etc as the forestry riding throws up all amount of obstacles. Also must be able to be ridden on our tiny lanes that sometimes have tractors etc on them. I know that it takes weeks and weeks of walking up hills and down dales to get a horse fit,we have the hills and I have the time. Any horse coming here will need to be shod and sound,as the forestry tracks and streams,rivers have loose stones. Anything considered. No cost either way. I will provide feed,hay,polos and carrots and a lovely bed. This is a Genuine advert. I hadn't ridden for 5 years before getting my new girl a year ago,and don't want to have to start again,on her recovery.
