This is a fabulous set up: Cabinet has 2 x Fane A Watt Alnico speakers which cost £380 alone, In my opinion they sound better than Celestion Blues. Speaker Cab also has top quality casters fitted (the front 2 lock) Both the Head and cabinet have custom genuine VOX heavy duty canvas covers with embroidered VOX logos. These are not available in the UK and had to be ordered from North Coast Music in the USA (They are the Vox specialists) at a cost of £80 Owners Manual included of course... Each channel is equipped with its own Volume control, and the Top Boost channel offers highly interactive Treble and Bass tone controls. ***COLLECTION ONLY*** Selling my VOX NT 115 Amp head as I've had to upgrade my gear for an upcoming tour Been gigged and played at home/practice and makes a hell of a lot of noise when cranked all the way - don't let it's size fool you (as I was when I first saw it) - classic VOX tone in a deceptively small package! You'll need an 8 or 16ohm cab to use with it and it's great for home, recording and for live performances (many a sound man has told me to turn it down) Was fully serviced in January and I replaced all the tubes in September . There's a little bit of corrosion on the chrome but nothing at all major so overall it's in good condition! Vox VBM-1 Brian May Guitar Amplifier In excellent condition. __________________________________________ The Vox Brian May Special Recording Amp is based on May's legendary "Deacy" recording amp that was named for Queen bassist John Deacon. May cobbled it together from a car radio's amp circuit mounted in a '60s bookshelf speaker cabinet. May collaborated with the Vox design team to create the Special as an amp that would capture the fabulous sonics of the original homegrown unit. It's a 10W combo with a 6-1/2" speaker that replicates every nuance of the original. The Special is equipped with controls for gain, tone, and volume with a high/low gain switch. A Booster section permits driving another amp in the same way May overdrives his AC30s in concert using his famed Treble Booster device. The Special also is equipped with an emulated recording/headphone jack plus external speaker jack.
