Beautiful vintage wooden writing desk and chair

This is a beautiful mid-century wooden writing desk in very good condition. Sad to part with it but need a bigger desk for work. Partly what makes this so unique is the amount of storage space - not only do you get three spacious drawers on the left, you also get the lift-up top like an old school desk. This is a surprisingly compact desk (42" long, 16.5" deep and 28.5" high), perfect for smaller rooms. The top surface has a couple of minor marks (see photos). This was lovingly restored by "The Mojo Reserve" in Lancashire a couple of years ago, and all the wood was treated then. Drawers all open smoothly. Comes with a s chair. This is a lovely desk, but large and heavy! The top is curved, solid wood(I think!) and has a leather inlay in the top, which, in a couple of places has lifted away slightly. Easily glued back again.The drawer fronts are in the same finish as the top of the desk and have solid bottoms with chrome efffect handles. There is one drawer that has some damage to it, but has been filled in. The sides and front middle have been painted as pictured (items on desk are not for sale!). There are six drawers in total plus a pencil drawer. It has a date stamp (as pictured) of . Currently it is dismantled ready for buyer to collect.
