For sale is my beautiful blonde haired, blue eyed Vintage Sasha Doll In her original blue and white gingham dress with matching pants. She is16” tall Fully jointed smooth limbs. She has original Stringing – arms are white, legs are brown. Strongly rooted hair. (The fringe has had a trim!!) Slight mark on her face near her mouth. Originally one of the most successful play dolls being made from the mid 's to early 's in Germany and England. Sasha has a unique appeal. Beautifully proportioned and skilfully painted. She has a soft gentle expression that still appeals to both children and collectors. Named after their designer, Swiss sculptress Sasha Morgenthaler. No original boxes or tags I'm selling all my Sasha doll collection so please see my other items. My parents gave these to me when I was a child in the mid 70's. All from the toy shop Tridias in Bath.
