Here we have for sale a stunning Vintage Ladies/Girls Raleigh Mixte in lovely Metallic Blue, free delivery offered in 1 mile radius of city centre OR 1 mile radius Penarth. The bike is located near Penarth, for viewing and or pick up. The frame size is 21 inches; which suites riders from 5' 2" to 5'8". The bike is in very good condition with only minor marks on the paintwork, perfect stylish bike. Note on the pictures there are some small rust spots these have now been treated with Kurust. This stylish 10 speed bike is from the 's, would make a great students bike. Mechanically all working as it should. It has dynamo lights front and rear, both working. A built in wheel lock and key. Kick stand. Bell Mudguards great for keeping all the splashes off the rider. The bike has a brand new front alloy wheel polished to look like the chrome rear wheel. New front tyre. Brooks saddle. Alloy traditional touring handlebar. Custom Alloy cranks. The 10 gears are stem friction mounts and all select as they should, the brakes are the excellent Weinman centre pull, good and pull up true. Lovely, unique vintage bike. Peugeot mixte frame from the 80s, in a very nice aquamarine colour. Very retro and elegant. Single speed setup. Forget about complicated shifting or chains coming off. This is simple and reliable. Upright cycling position, really comfy to ride. Serviced for the sale including: - New Schwalbe tyres, puncture protected. - New saddle. - New bar tape. - New brake cables. - New freewheel. - Headset and bottom bracket serviced. Everything works as it should, just cycle away. Smooth, fun to ride and faster than it looks really. As normal in a vintage bike cosmetically it is not perfect.
