Absolutely beautiful Peugeot ladies vintage bike mixte frame

Lovely, unique vintage bike. Peugeot mixte frame from the 80s, in a very nice aquamarine colour. Very retro and elegant. Single speed setup. Forget about complicated shifting or chains coming off. This is simple and reliable. Upright cycling position, really comfy to ride. Serviced for the sale including: - New Schwalbe tyres, puncture protected. - New saddle. - New bar tape. - New brake cables. - New freewheel. - Headset and bottom bracket serviced. Everything works as it should, just cycle away. Smooth, fun to ride and faster than it looks really. As normal in a vintage bike cosmetically it is not perfect. There is some surface rust in places but nothing major. She wears her patina with pride. If you are looking a PERFECT cosmetic condition bike this is not for you. Overall, a charming vintage bike. Lovely frame, with mixte geometry and curved stays. Classy, elegant and very retro. Nice bright blue colour. Moustache handlebars, so French. Plenty of accessories: full lenght mudguards, chainguard, bell, kickstand, dynamo lights, rear pannier rack, etc. All you need for your commute. Mechanically is a true French bike from the era too: 650b wheels, 4 speed setup, cottered cranks, etc. It is a lovely bike to ride. Comfortable but faster than it looks really, and very practical. Fully serviced in July, including new bearings, new cables, new rear tyre (Schwalbe Marathon, top quality), new chain etc... ready to go, just cycle away. Even dynamo lights work! Cosmetically it is not perfect, as expected in a 40 years old bike. There are scratches in frame, marks and other wear and tear commensurate with age. It is still looking so charming and nice, BUT if you are looking for an excellent cosmetic condition then this is NOT for you. Overall, a really unique vintage bike, in excellent working order. Absolutely wonderful Peugeot Grand Sport from . TOTALLY ORIGINAL. INCLUDES ORIGINAL INSTRUCTION MANUAL AND ORIGINAL SALES INVOICE FROM " size, good for a medium/tall lady. Beautiful bike all round, with a very elegant mixte frame finished in deep blue colour and plenty of chrome work. So retro and authentic. Mechanically is very 80s: chromed 27" wheels, 10 speed drive train, Weinmann centre pull brakes, etc. Very practical too: it comes with full lenght mudguards (excelent for those rainy days), chainguard, rear carrier and front/rear/side reflectors. All original. Serviced for the sale including new brake cables, new gear cables, new outers, new bar tape, new chain, new bearings in headset. Everything works, just ready to go. She is very smooth. Fast and fun to ride. Truly charming. Mechanic condition is excellent as explained above. Cosmetically is great too. Not perfect as normal in an 37 years old bike: the odd rust spot in some components, but frame is in amazing condition for age (just see pictures). Overall, a truly lovely, unique vintage bike in excellent cosmetic and mechanic condition with original sales invoice. Probably you won't find other like this!
