The table base has been painted with two coats of under coat, and two coats of a Farrow and Ball Farrow colour AMMONITE.The paint is a oil based paint which is hard wearing to knocks and bumps. The table has been expertly renovated using only the best techniques and materials, including several coats (always at least three!) of Annie Sloan chalk paint and two layers of clear wax for protection and sheen, meaning that it both gives a nicely aged appearance today and will also continue to age beautifully. The mahogany top has been sanded back for a nice natural wood finish. The top is solid old English oak.
