PAIR ANTIQUE FIRESIDE CLUB FENDER SEATS BOXES FIREPLACE COAL

This is for a pair of antique fender seat/boxes in need of restoration. They are both tatty and need a good tidy up. The leather seat covers are used and shabby. One box has the lining box for coal and the other is lined with baize for storage. The centre fender bar is no longer with them. The top of one of the boxes has come adrift and will need to be repaired and attached. Both boxes are covered in a hammered finish copper that needs some attention to bring back to its former glorious colour. The boxes can be used as they are and would sit either side of the fireplace, hearth, inglenook or wood burner. However I think they would be best restored before use.
