A Victorian Dolls House in excellent, clean condition smoke and pet free home. As the house was quite full we did not collect the complete the collection of the smaller items. There are pots and pans, Knives and forks and spoons and spices in the kitchen. In the Dining room there is a Dining set complete with plates, cups mugs & cups & bowls. Hopefully all the pictures, vases & ornaments can be seen in the photos. Toys in the toy box. There was 3 more sets of curtains a xmas tree and other very small items, overall as you can see most of the important things are included The small figures were from the Sue Ryder dolls House collection. This is not a toy for young children, suitable from about 12 years as a hobby. Beautiful Victorian/Edwardian dolls house. Opening roof/attic. Just panel on the right needs screwing back on as has come out. In great condition structurally just needs a clean and wipe up. Comes with loads of excellent quality furniture. Only few broken pieces that just need gluing back together. In as new condition, again just needs a little clean.
