This is a good quality yew sofa table in the antique Regency style. The drop end leaves can be easily raised to form a larger table surface when required. The table has twin front opening drawers with opposite side dummy drawer fronts. It is raised on pedestal leg support with lower splayed feet with metal toes and castors underneath. The surface is a lovely reddish colour with a mottled pattern and delineated outer edge which we have polished up to restore the true period patina finish. This sofa table is in lovely used condition. Small, antique drop end sofa, not sure exactly how old but at least early 20th C. Measures approximately 145cm at the widest point, 74cm deep, 75cm from floor to top of the arms and back, the seat is about 36cm from the floor. The ends drop down by pulling a tab where the arms meet the seat, all fully functioning and in good condition, the fabric is very worn (we had it completely reupholstered about 25 years ago!) so needs recovering and a bit of padding in the arms.
