Victorian Armchair Project

A very nice button-back chair in mahogany and on brass castors. I attempted to reupholster this myself (have had some training so not a complete novice). Stripped down, all wood treated and re-polished, 2 castors replaced, re-sprung, webbing and all materials replaced correctly (i.e, hessian, calico, horse-hair etc) and finally re-covered. You will probably want to remove the cover, add a bit more stuffing and replace or renew the cover and buttons. Note that the cover is an expensive textured thick cotton (not draylon!) and I do have some over if required (reasonable price). H:101cm, W:72cm. Collection only from Lynton in North Devon.
