I have two horses looking for share. Both are 13 years, 17 hand Clydesdale mare. She is a very safe hack, alone or in company with a forward going and fun if you want it, or slow ride. She is not heavy in the hand and responsive to the leg. Suitable for a rider who is not a complete novice and confidence giver. Weight limit stone. Also 15 hand gypsy cob gelding, good to hack, but requires good rider as can be sharp and occasionally spook. He is a superb schoolmaster great for lessons in dressage and jumping but not novice rider unless supervised as can be sharp. Weight limit 14 stone. This boy is amazing!!! 6 years old, Welsh X. He is Passported and Microchipped. Up to date with Worming and Vaccinations. He has impeccable stable manners, can be handled by small children. He's good with traffic and has got lots of experience on the hunt field. This pony had masses of potential. He's good to shoe, clip etc. He would not suit a complete novice as he is still a young pony, although my 7 year old rides him in the menage and he has previously been ridden and jumped by a 10 year old. Gorgeous 15.2hh Bay Cob Gelding

Sonny is a gorgeous and eye catching 15.2hh (and still growing!) rising 4 year old bay cob gelding. He has an excellent confirmation and would excel in the show ring, or as a happy hacker or driving horse. He has a lovely cuddly personality and loves human attention. He will stand for hours to be fussed and groomed alone or in company and is the first to plod over for attention in the field. I bought Sonny as a project a year and a half ago, and he ended up staying with me a lot longer than planned as he’s such a lovely boy! I have ummed and arred for a while now on whether to sell him, but after being unable to find a sharer and coming to terms with the reality of how I really do not have time to ride two horses, or the facilities to bring him onto his full potential (no school) I have come the decision to sell him on. He loads first time ever time, is excellent for my trimmer and has some of the best feet she has seen so won’t ever need shoes. He is excellent to be tacked up, have his feet picked out, stands for the vet and dentist (no sedation needed) and although he hasn’t been clipped I have rubbed clippers all over him and he couldn’t care less. He lives out 24/7 all year round, unrugged (although he does wear a fly sheet in horse fly season), in a herd environment, and I would like him to go somewhere where they will continue to keep him this way. I backed Sonny at the end of the summer using a mixture of natural horsemanship and traditional methods, and have been bringing him on slowly since so he is only for sale to an experienced home who can continue his education. Sonny is ridden bitless but can be bitted, and is happy to walk and trot with a rider, and excellent to hack out in company. He has already been boxed out to the local woods with my other horse for a hack where he saw lots of screaming children, dogs, cars, people, ice cream vans and took it all in his stride. I do hack him out alone, but he can be a bit nervous due to his age, which I am sure will get better with more time and experience. I think he would excel as a happy hacker, a show cob or a driving horse. He is not forward going, but is straight off of your leg so I wouldn’t class him as a plod either – he is a happy medium! That being said, I could easily see him becoming a kick along in the wrong hands if nagged with the leg by an incompetent rider, hence why I will not sell to a novice rider or owner. His new home is very important to me and I do not want him bought as a project and sold on further. He really craves human attention and I really want him now to go onto a one on one home where he will be loved and fussed and given lots of attention. His new home will be vetted and I want the new owner to stay in touch and send me lots of updates and pictures. Sharer for 14hh cob gelding

Bertie is our gorgeous mother daughter share cob gelding who we have owned for 2 years. He is currently in work 4-5 days per week schooling, hacking and natural horsemanship games/sessions however my daughter is not doing as much as hoped and I'm finding it difficult to keep up the work I think Bertie needs to bring him on. Bertie is kept at Southview yard just outside Wellingborough. It has miles of off road hacking including a nice long strip to gallop up, and a flood lit ménage. There are lots of people to hack with and the potential to join the yard parelli group. I am looking for someone who wants to work with Bertie at least 2 days per week, who is no more than 11.5 stone in weight, and who is happy to ride in a treeless saddle. You will also need rider insurance please, which I will check. Payment to made monthly in advance. We can agree set days or I can be totally flexible depending on what you want to do. Bertie can occasionally spook when out hacking, particularly if alone, although he tends to jump to the side or forward and comes back to listen pretty quickly. However, he can nap if you try a route he's not so familiar with and therefore needs firm direction from his rider. When schooling he will try to get away with minimum effort as he's pretty laid back and chilled out. However, he can move beautifully and be relaxed and forward if you are firm but sensitive with him. I wouldn't say he's a born jumper so if jumping is your thing you will need to work at it to develop him with this. He's had both my kids and my kids' novice friends on him and I am happy to have my 11 year old daughter hack him out around the open fields with me walking/running beside. 15hh Gelding for Share

Striker is a 15hh Connemara Gelding. He is an absolute gentleman on the ground and being ridden. He excels in all 3 disciplines, goes in a lovely outline and loves to jump. He is great to hack both alone and in company, is very quiet on the road and is never strong or silly. I have taken him to many sponsored rides which he loves such as RAF Halton and Waddesdon Sponsored ride. He is forward going and does what is asked of him, he does need to be ridden properly as he is sensitive and I wouldn't be looking for a novice or inexperienced rider. He never gets over excited, I could take him out the field after weeks and he would be exactly the same. I currently have a lovely sharer. I am going travelling in December and as a result am looking for another sharer to ride him on the days when the other cannot. I would prefer for them to be 18+ unless they are a confident rider and someone who is not just looking for a happy hacker. I would be happy for the right person to take him to competitions or outings. The current yard he is at has great facilities - an indoor and outdoor school and access to hacking.
