Beautiful tent in need of minor repair

HUGE tent used once then put into storage where it’s unfortunately had a few little rip in the ground sheet and one little in the tent which all can be repaired. It’s comes with extension which can be seen at the from on tent on the picture. Also with a cooker we had from a while ago and few bits. Bike for sale (in need of repair)...

Bike for sale (in need of repair), I bought this bike with me to uni three years ago but never really used it. It's been stored outside and does need a clean. The bike also needs work doing to it before it'll be fully useable again. Both tyres are flat (I don't think they're punctured but I don't have a pump to check) and the back wheel is a bit bent from when I fell off it (Halfords told me they can fix it but I never went back).
