Beautiful tent in need of minor repair

Bike for sale (in need of repair)...

Bike for sale (in need of repair), I bought this bike with me to uni three years ago but never really used it. It's been stored outside and does need a clean. The bike also needs work doing to it before it'll be fully useable again. Both tyres are flat (I don't think they're punctured but I don't have a pump to check) and the back wheel is a bit bent from when I fell off it (Halfords told me they can fix it but I never went back). Also comes with a red back light and white front light (not in photo).I'm really sorry I know nothing about bikes but it's black and says X-RATED on it.
