Narrowboat 63ft, Kelvin Engine

Steel Narrowboat, 63ft length built by G. & J. Reeves in thickness and double skin on roof at front and rear. 5 berth, one fixed double, one fixed single and convertible double in front. Solid fuel Boatmans Stove, mostly open plan with three cabins. Vintage Kelvin J3 Engine in own engine room, with Kelvin gearbox (recent full refurb). Boat hull blacked in October . Engine has instruction manual for those unsure of operations. 240v throughout with Sterling battery management system and an inverter. 4 domestic batteries and 2x12v starter batteries. Galley has lino floor with hotpoint gas oven and Beko fridge, with tiled work surface. Overhead and under sink storage cupboards. Stainless steel water tank and front locker had two gas cylinders. Front cratch cover with zip openers and clear windows over front seating/storage and rear cover with three side hatches on boat, one of which is in galley area. Bathroom has lino floor and panelled walls with shower over bath and pedestal, porta potti toilet. Rear cabin has area with two side seats, convertible into one bed or two small side beds (these are extra berths but only small). New fitted carpets in front and bedroom cabin areas. Storage over and under beds, including cupboards in backroom. Green upholstery on fitted L-shaped seating with storage underneath and main colour for outside paint.
