This is my barely used, Topeak saddle pack. It fits under the rails of the saddle and is very secure...I had it on my mountain bike and it never moved despite being thrown around bumpy trails! It has a waterproof coating on the bottom half (great for wiping clean!) and reflective strip around it. It also comes with a waterproof cover. It has a zip to expand it if required.
