Very sad sale of a real character, he is good to catch, shoe, clip, load (trailer or wagon) and perfect in the heaviest of traffic, including artics, farm machinery, etc. Hacks out alone or in company. Has hunted for the past 2 seasons and is currently hunting now, he is perfect to do gates out hunting either off his back or if I can’t reach stands patiently to get on and off, doesn’t worry about the field moving off without him. My lovely boy Higgins is for sale. Standing at 16.1 hands he is a bay 6 year old gelding (will be 7 in May). He is an ex racehorse and had to be retired due to not being successful on the track. He retired from racing around 2 and half years ago. During his time with me he has been used for hacking but could really benefit from being retrained and schooled.
