For spares or repair. It has two leaks by the communal entrance and one of the rods has a breach on the metal band (the bit at the end of the rod) that surrounds it. From memory the kit contains a spare rod and the two leaks which I’m pretty sure there’s a repair kit inside are repairable. We have just put the tent up to the side of our house for the purpose of taking the pictures. It's in great condition - no holes and is fully water tight. We have only used it a handful of times from new and selling due to recently purchasing an Airbeam tent. Dimensions - width 14ft, height 6ft 3, length 21ft (excluding awning). Large sized family tent with 2.0m height in the centre. The 2 sleeping pods are each large enough to take 3 fully inflated air beds or up to 8 people in total, sleeping on mats. The porch extends with a canopy, supported with 2 poles and guide ropes. Comes with storage bag which has full pitching instructions on it. All poles present and in good working order. Comes with original full size ground sheet, all its tent pegs in reasonable condition plus additional spares, including ground anchors. All guide ropes are present and in good order plus there are plenty of new unused spares. Reasonable used condition and fully waterproof with no leaks. One minor tear where the guide rope attaches to the ventilation flap on one side but this does not affect the use (see photos).
