In good used conditon. Only been used a couple of times. Sizes 875 x 770 x 210cm Only selling as upgraded to a caravan. Easy to put up and down. No rips or leaks. Waterproofed last year when last used. Folds away into a bag so easy to move, transport and storing. Very spacious. There's a big area for a table and chairs and more in the centre of the tent, lots is storage inside and sleeping compartments all have fly nets and very roomy too. SunnCamp Festiva 12 large family tent. This is a fantastic 3 bedroom large tent for 12 people. It hasn't been used for a few years but it still went up ok. This is a large tent! Easy to put up with colour-coded poles. Best to have 2 adults and can be done in 30 mins. It needs a pitch 7m x 7m. This doesn't seem to be a problem as long as you check with the campsite first. 3 Bedroom compartments have sewn in groundsheet and there is a separate one for the middle area. Complete with all the poles, pegs, bag etc. One of the fibreglass poles does have a small lateral split, which has been repaired. The pole still goes together ok and the tent went up ok. Only problem we found was some of the plastic/rubber toggles that attach the bedrooms had broken/perished. I simply used some plastic pegs to fix (pictures available if required). ProAction 3 Room 12 person Tent Never been Used., Want cheap holidays with family or friends? I have just the tent for you. Bought it for family holidays but am not able to partake,hence the sale of this tent. Only erected once to see if everything was there,then taken straight down again and packed up. Loads of room to have fun and store/dressing room in one of the pods. Don't have to take 12 people to use it.Shame for it to go to waste when you could have loads of holidays in it.
