Tally is a ladies horse for life or a pony club pony. This is a genuine sad sale of this fabulous little mare. She has been with us for around 4 years, being personally backed by myself. I’m having to sell her due to educational commitments becoming too much and would hate to see her go to waste. She is amazing to hack alone or in company and a 100% in all kinds of traffic, looking after any other horses that go out with her. Easy to load in any lorry or trailer and great for the farrier. She has been out xc, show jumping and to the forest. Her flat work in great alongside her scopey jump. Tally hasn’t got a nasty bone in her body, will never go out her way to be bolshie or rude. The only reason she’s not a novice ride is because I feel she would be best suited with someone who has the time to bring her on and fulfil her full potential. My boy is 16.3 (ish), thoroughbred gelding. Unfortunately, through no fault of his own, I have been "over-horsed" and he needs someone more confident than myself to take him on. He is an ex - racehorse, retired sound in , and has been retrained. He is quite a strong horse and has a lot of get up go! He is not a novice ride as he does get very excited due to not being worked much lately. I think he would benefit greatly from a new home where he can be used to his potential. I have owned him for a few months after buying him through a friend of a friend. He has very good manners on the ground and is great for the farrier and dentist. He will wait and is not bargey at all. Very patient boy. He loads fine in a lorry bit isn't a fan of trailers. Hes nice natured, stands like an angel to be clipped, forward going out hacking but steadier in the school, has a massive jump and locks on and goes for it. Our chestnut pony, hugely outgrown, is ready for a new jockey to have fun with. Bought initially for our novice sons, later forming a wonderful partnership with our older son. Hector is an honest safe pony, a good allrounder. Attended lots of pony club rallies, incorporating flatwork, SJ and XC, enjoyed fun and beach rides and was ace at PC camp. My son has competed in team and individual showjumping, along with a few ODE’S, often placed in the top 6. Hector has a large stride, ideal for XC and hunting - his favourite disciplines. Currently jumping 80cm and has done 90cm when my son was smaller! He can do a decent dressage test but this not something we've focused on. Good out hacking, always been in company (usually someone on foot) purely due to where we live. Excellent with big traffic, cyclists and motorbikes - can spook at a leaf/bird but this isn't often.
