15hh skewbald 5 year old. Very sweet natured pony with a very willing attitude and extremely quick learner. This pony has been broken in two months and riding in the school very sweetly. She is very soft in the mouth and quite quick off the leg. Her canter is quite balanced but needs work with her transition but is coming along nicely. She has lunged over 1m (gave it a lot more height than needed) and never touched a pole. Has started trotting poles and popped a cross pole with a rider. It's hard to believe she's almost four years old, and we're having to give her up. Moving, and it's not possible to take her. This cockatiel has never, ever bitten, even when she was being tamed (not hand-raised, but taming took only a day, because she's that good). Guests in the house have commented on how personable she is, she just wants to be with you, and spend time with you. She loves cuddles. (Head scratches, in cockatiel terms.) Of all the cockatiels I've lived with over the years, I've never met one that just wanted to be with you, always, and to get head scratches, constantly. She's a beautiful little pearl, fully flighted, lots of personality. She's as perfect a companion as a little feathered friend could be.
