But You have to be kind amd calm with her She will become nervous and shy on the ground if you are rough or trap or pressure her She was musstreated (I can give you full story) and us handled here by total novice partner and 10 yo stepdaughter If you are kind she will be like a puppy dog with you She not fizzy or silly She DOES require a bond with her humans and is not the horse od you want to put your precious child on once on a blue moon and expect her to be vakegro or big star if she's been kept of full livery and had no interaction She is not the horse to be dragged around pc camp and all the kids rake turns riding her and volting on her or let if you are likely to have a tantrum because you didn't get a clear round or 100% on dressage she's not a machine she's a sensitive girl who wants to please and be loved If you reward her n say good girl or give her a carrot she will think she's a winner and doesn't matter if you are competing or just completed a Schooling session she will be soppy and content Due to her needing a bond new people will need food bribery to catch her, she will come upto you but has been twitched so prefers a pat on the neck first before you catch her. She is not a project for budding parekli practice she does not need chasing away from you to make her cone to you she wants to come up but us wary due to her past. She requires a rider who isn't a novice but you don't need to be brave or a world beater. I'm in fit and pregnant and she's happy going at my pace. Joe is a lovely quiet pony, I have owned him for the last 5 years and he has only had one previous owner before me so full history is known. Joe is excellent to hack alone and in company, he is confident in traffic, happy to lead or follow, and good to bath, clip, shoe, box, etc and for the dentist. Will stand all day. He has a great pop in him and happily jumps ditches out hacking. He is a very good doer and can live in or out without a rug. I have endless photographs and videos of Joe all available on request. TEXT for more info She has been in a Dutch gag but I have been riding her in the snaffle ring! As she has loads of breaks! She is currently being ridden in a normal snaffle Bracken is one of the best hunting ponys going! She will hunt all day jumping anything from ditches to stone walls! She stands to let you on and off at gates and has given me the best couple of seasons hunting ever!! She is in the first ring of a Dutch gag but is easy to stop so would be fine in a snaffle She has done a lot of common ridings. Fun pony – hack / sponsored rides / all-rounder

Lovely natured LW cob mare for sale, 13.3hh 5yo. Good to do in all ways. Safe and sensible but reasonably forward going, easy and fun ride for most riders but no nervous novices please! Loves to hack, good in traffic and in open spaces, regularly boxes out (loads and travels brilliantly) hacks from home alone or in small group – goes in front, middle or behind. Not strong or nappy, has never bucked, reared, bolted or spun etc. Occasionally has the odd ‘look’/minor spook (she is only 5!) but easily reassured with a pat. Been ridden by various ages and abilities from 12yo confident novice upwards. Fairly low mileage in the school, so not a schoolmistress (again, she is only 5!) but improving every time, very willing and honest attitude to work. Three good active paces, bold over trotting poles but has not yet jumped as not current rider’s forte! Starting to show nice outline in walk and trot, soft snaffle mouth and responsive to aids. Totally unspoilt with all basics ready to build on further – she would be an easy summer project for competent older child/teen, or a fun low maintenance hack to enjoy sponsored rides/pub hacks etc. Very very easy to handle on the ground (my not quite 4yo daughter can lead her to and from the field and groom her) She can be a bit reserved with new people but nothing a carrot and a gentle fuss doesn’t fix! Very sad sale of Gortatlea Rocket (Roo). 17.3hh Warmblood X Irish  gelding for sale, 10 yrs old. Perfect Hunting Horse! Absolute gentle giant. His only vice is eating leather if it's left in his way! Before I got him, Roo has done BD and been placed has established flying changes, schooled to elementary, jumped bs on a ticket to newcomer level, has hunted and xc schooled over full 110cm xc course jumped everything ditches, water, hedges etc.   Recently Hunted with the Bicester & Whaddon (even did gates).   Hacks alone and in company.  Fantastic to box catch shoe etc, good to clip, but have to twitch to clip face. Won the puissance at Solihull's Christmas show clearing 145cm In Dec 14! Takes a novice round a decent size course to gain confidence without an issue, but obviously when a decent rider gets on he can really jump! Not done much jumping with me. Quiet (lazy) enough that you can put a novice /small child on him or extremely nervous riders on him and he takes extra special care. He's a big smart horse! Stands all day with or without company. sad sale of my 16.1 tb gelding he has been there and done it all he excels at hunting and is outstanding in all aspects he stands at the meet will go on point excellent around the hounds will go any were in the field and jump anything you point him at sensibly. i have done gate shutting with him and got off and left him in a 20 acre field he stands and waits like a rock. i have also done some hunter trials with him he does steps,water,skinny's owl holes any thing asked of him. he is ridden in a happy mouth at all times does not pull or light up in company or on grass. he hacks alone or in company bombproof in traffic and dogs running towards him. he retired from racing sound no leg problems. he is good to clip,shoe,box,catch,bath loves to be fussed good around children and good to lead around overall a brilliant horse to do. i feel as he is a tb i dont want him going to a novice or nervous rider he does nothing wrong never bucked.reared napped or spun but does need a competent experienced rider to go and do a job with him he thrives on work genuine reason for sale as im starting to go up the grades eventing and he prefers hunting/ xc up to date with wormer,back,teeth,jabs,shoes. must be a good home no tack,loans or trials he will come with his rug Read More
